Delivery and Returns


We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours and will notify you once your orders have been despatched.

Orders over £30 free of charge
Royal Mail usually delivers 2-3 working days but occasionally can take longer.  Parcels are not classed as lost until 10 working days after the due date.
There is also a click and collect service, buy on line and collect at our store.


Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
Before attempting to return an item please email and give a reason for the return items. You will be issued a returns number which you must include when sending back your parcel. No refunds will be given without this number. All items must be in original condition  and the packaging must be undamaged. We only refund items if they have been opened if they are faulty.

Faulty Items:

If you are returning items because they are faulty this must be reported to us within 7 days from receipt. Before attempting to return the item please email info.loveandbestwishes@gmail. You will be issued with a returns number which you must include when sending back your parcel, no refunds will be issued without this number. please provide a full description of the fault and return the item in its original undamaged packaging to us for inspection. 
All personalised products may not be exchanged or refunded unless there is an error in the content or quality of print.
Parcels are returned at your own cost and we strongly recommend  you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office as we can only be responsible for your  parcel once received by us. Parcels lost in transit will be treated as not returned, if a parcel is returned because the item is faulty we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
All refunds will be given via the original payment method and will be processed within 7 days.
